Amazon returns to problems because it contains racist images on products – Amazon previously said it had recorded more than 500,000 revocation lists, and provided information to prosecutors. The company has since argued that the absence of national laws on counterfeiting of prices in the US makes restraints on abuse more difficult.
Last week, it was revealed that price sellers had avoided Amazon’s precautionary measures by registering products as “collectible items”, which allowed them to be registered at a much higher price.
On Saturday, racist listings appeared to be limited to listings in Amazon stores in the UK, and were placed by new sellers with little or no customer reviews or ratings. Customers react to racist lists that make “Airpods” a trending topic on Twitter.
The pictures came as Amazon faced greater scrutiny of third-party market unrest, sales from which made more than half of its retail revenue.
With screenshots and video shows from trending on Twitter, users share images. Lists with abusive messages are no longer visible on the Amazon UK website and it is unclear how long they were there.

On Sunday morning the picture does not appear on the Amazon UK website. An Amazon spokesman said that he had deleted the picture “and has taken action on bad actors.” It is not clear who the bad actors are, and whether there are security breaches involved.
Instead of photos of headphones, search results show images that contain N-words. Amazon said it had removed racist language images from several headphone listings on its English site. Users post screenshots to Twitter on search results for “AirPods” and “bluetooth headphones” that appear on e-commerce sites.
The list appears to be limited to the English site, and appears on the pages of new Amazon sellers, most of which have little or no customer reviews.
Amazon.com Inc. (AMZN.O) said it had deleted certain images after messages using very strong racist abuse appeared on several listings on its UK website when users searched for Apple AirPods (AAPL.O) and other similar products.
“We are deleting the pictures and have taken action against the evil actor,” said an Amazon spokesman but he did not elaborate on “evil actors”.
Amazon said “evil actors” were to blame after a list of racial scorns appeared in his shop in a search for Apple AirPod earphones and similar products.
